Producing another Paypal stealth after first one got limited?
 

Hi

So on my ebay stealth, my paypal is going to become limited due to wrong State being used and now they want tax info.

When creating a second paypal account I have some questions.

1. Do I have to create a new user on computer, new Ip address to create the account? Do I never access this paypal on the dedicated IP that I use for this ebay, and old paypal?

2. If stealth info is now all different, is it safe to link this paypal with ebay for fees or must I avoid it for fees (since in different state address and name), and only use it to take in money?
