Paypal steal my money:PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation;
 
paypal steal my money,about $10000.it is limited before,and it will be 180 days after a week,but the money is transffered by paypal.anyone know how to solve it?

Lot of details missing for discussion. Why was it limited initially? Why so much money left in it? Bank account on file for withdrawal?

In most of these cases it's a lost cause. I assume you were doing something majorly against their policy?

no,what i sell is normal item,and other account is no problem,they are same operation.

There has to be a reason they've done this to you. You probably know why.

Usually comes down to one of these things:
- stolen identity/made up tax ID
- selling prohibited/risky items
- money laundering/tax evasion

Were you selling digital or tangible item ? Was the item authentic or inauthentic ?

Digital / inauthentic items will normally be the reason why.

And if they found out your IDs that you submitted were photoshopped and not real

You can go to PAYPAL and look at the AUP violation list,it is a mile long

Maybe the ID,it is hard to get money back
