Limited Paypal but Ready for withdrawal
Had a few stealth account, which has been limited. The phone number is not active. My resolution center is "You can not use paypal anymore"
Now funds are eligible for withdrawal.
In order to withdraw, I have to either add a bank account or link a card.
However, when I try to add ones, got some error message “there is a problem with you account, please go to resolution center.”
I called paypal customer, the error message was removed when add a bank.
Then I got another error message "sorry, we can't linkt you bank account right now."
The rep. told me to wait 72 hours to let the system fresh.
It doesn not work at all.
And the rep. did not remove the error when link a card.
I tried to link a new GV over the phone when asked for SMS to add a bank, it says＂the phone is not registered under your name＂
Is there any other way, I could link a bank or card.
Or if the worst case, I have to link a new phone number, and pass the verification. |
