Paypal Wiped off $6k from my permanently limited account

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g69...ew?usp=sharing

I know its a lost cause trying to get my money back from PayPal, but wanted to share this so others dont make the same mistake. I never knew paypal could do this, so I left a huge balance in one of my stealth account.

If anyone was able to get out of a similar situation, please let me know how.

They always do.
The question is what was the limitation for and did they mention AUP violation?

OP, you will know the situation better once 180 days are up (give or take)

if you read the title of this thread,Paypal has taken his money after 180 days /
so it sounds like AUP violation.
what did you sell?

I think the situation is already pretty clear, they've taken all his money. Probably for a AUP breach looking at the tabs open in the screenshot.

Has any one ever successfully got their money back after funds have been taken under AUP breach ?

Re: Paypal Wiped off $6k from my permanently limited account

rarely but it is possible,if you can convince PAypal they are wrong.
Dont forget, many of the tasks are first handled by bots, then when you appeal,a human will look into it.
Interesting- one violation is selling item before the seller has the item?
dropshipping from wholesaler -seller does not have item but will rely on wholesaler.manufacturer to ship should not be a violation,

Paypal helped me discover bitcoin. Bcz of their bad track record I used to convert most of my stealth balances into btc. So they are (in some weird way) responsible for my bitcoin bag, for which I am grateful. So I am just going to write this off as a business expense and move forward.

And for what reason would you leave that much money in PayPal?

I am so very sorry you got trapped.

Trouble is online selling is such a learning curve.

I read your other posts. Get advice from an attorney and move forward.

Best wishes

This feels like a repeat of 15 years ago... new generation of sellers coming in and thinking it's an easy sale on eBay only to find out how brutal it can be
