Multi-Member LLC for PayPal
 

Hey, my account was limited a couple months ago, and right now my business's payment is being handled by my sister with her account (with different IP address, different computer because we don't live in the same house), It's all going pretty well and now I have created her a multi member LLC, the director is my dad (also the main shareholder (beneficial owner) and my sister as the other member and also a shareholder.

I have a marketing consultation agency and now I've got all the LLC documents by the government (Verified business address, Business location permit, Business permit (Stating business type i. e 'General consultation' and 'Marketing consultation'), a government document showing the structure of the organization (Shareholders, directors, etc), and business identity document (stating tax ID, business address, and business email)

My sister's account is 3 years old and is pretty seasoned so I'm going to transform it into a business account

1. Which documents should I give them when they ask for "Proof of Business Address"?
2. In the Business Type, is it considered a "Partnership" or "Corporation"?
3. When transforming to a business account should I use the same account (my sister's) or should I use the business's email?
4. The most important one, since they're going to do a manual review on my sister's account, to avoid linkage to my limited account (Since we have the same address in the National ID Card), should I give them the documents regarding the beneficial owner/structure of organization right away? because I reckon they might think it's my company and then link this account with my limited account where in fact I'm no even on the organization structure.
