PayPal Limited for ~2 years with $2k+ (not letting withdraw)
 

Hey,

so the situation with my paypal account really sucks.
It was limited almost 2 years ago with around $2k in balance.

180 days already passed on ~2019-12.

But they're not letting me withdraw the money. They've asked for my ID numerous times, then utility bills. I've provided everything but they always kept asking to send another copy of ID, which I did, and so on and so forth...

Now they're not answering my emails. And on the message center -- probably same retarted indian support is messaging, that "their decision is final and I'll have to wait 180 days."

Are there any means of contact or ways to hopefully retrieve the money (even partially)?
I don't believe they can just keep and steal their clients money.... They're a financial institution after all.

Any kind of help or input is highly appreciated. :)

P.S. It's a stealth account.

Well they are privately owned and not really regulated. So calling them a financial institution is a little far fetched. And yes... they can steal money, thus why there's usually a class action suit against them.

What's the suspension reason, do you remember? THere's an AUP suspension where they just take your money.

If your business was legit try reporting them to better business bureau.

2 years is a long time,Paypal would need to verify your ID .
and if it is AUP violation,you may never get your money .

What's an AUP suspension?

It was suspended just out of the blue... No reason given.

For what reason did PP limited your account initially? The "accusation" e-mail...
