Getting money out of limited paypal
 

Hello guys, paypal limited four accounts of me, three of them was wiped to zero balance, paypal transferred the money to itself

now I hope that doesn't happen to the fourth one, I need to get out some money by refunding, any idea how to this safely so the person who I'm refunding not getting limited too as it's like 10 transactions ?

So it's AUP violation... I highly doubt you'll get that $ money back.

ANd it seems you have a ton of accounts banned. Have you thought about changing the way you do business or what you sell to prevent this?

So you wanna refund to buyer? I'm not even sure that's possible.

yes I'm always getting my paypal banned and I hope I change my business way so I don't get it banned but it depends on my business itself and time to find out solutions, I hope to resolve soon

if the buyer file a dispute makes difference rather than refunding him?
