Paypal Stole My Money right before the 180th day
 

Paypal drained my full balance to cover "Charges" and "Damages" I apparently caused them. Have anyone had luck getting there money back after this has been done, I heard emailing them continuously and filing a BBB claim have worked for some, and I heard only filing a small claims court case will work. Not sure how the latter can be done regarding a stealth account but I'm curious to hear some information or advice on the topic.

Havnt heard of anyone regaining funds that were taken by paypal this way - I assume it has to do with AUP. Certainly not with a stealth account.

lol they took money to refund cases most likely. not sure what youre complaining about.

Use money faster and minimize your loses if you are selling risky stuff.

UPDATE HERE'S THEY'RE RESPONSE AFTER DRAINING THE ACCOUNT. AND ME REFUSING TO ADDRESS THE LIMITATION. THERE WAS ALOT OF MONEY AND NO NEW CASES OPENED SINCE IT BECAME LIMITED. ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THIS?

is there money in the account,why sell it ?
if paypal has emptied your account,what purpose does it serve selling an empty account?

Interesting scam by paypal, sell your account to a 3rd party so they can't be directly accused of theft of your funds

While I haven't seen this before, I guess we will see more of this in the future

Your only hope is to contact the BBB and CFPB. You can scream at paypal until you are blue in the face, they really don't care

Seems contrary to logic that PP would sell a non-delinquent account to a credit company but I guess they want complaints to be sent to that other company?

When I sent money to the bank they stole alot of money as well. Only class action suit will do this
