Paypal requested to identify my identity. Please help!
Paypal placed a limit on my account and requested some identification from me:
- government-issued photo identification (passport or driving license)
- evidence of address (bank statement or utility bill)
This is a stealth account. I can make them a bank statement or utility bill, but I have problems with creating the ID. Can you guys recommend a website with ID templates or any other ideas how to get one?
