Paypal Limited?

Hi my paypal account got permanent limited without no reason. The account was 4 years old and had 0 issues. Im trying to figure out on how to create a brand new account without being linked.

Can anybody please help? Thank you

If you want to create a new one and avoid your accounts to be linked, just use new info/eMail/phone number new dedicated IP.

I have plenty of PP experience but recetly things got strange, get 180 perma limitations after receiving small amounts of money (under 50 bucks, 1 transaction) very strange
