Court before 180 days or after?

What you guys suggest to do.
My one and only paypal account limited with 5 figures locked in.

Do i have to wait for 180 days and see if they release my money, or go straight to court before?
If i go after 180 days on court, do i have less chances to win?

Why not consult this with your lawyer instead?

My lawyer has no experience with similar cases (specifically PayPal) , so he said its up to me , whenever i tell him.

Thats why im asking if its better to sue before 180 days or after?

You agreed to the 180 days when you signed up, it's to cover them against chargebacks etc.

As an aside ... get a new lawyer, if they can't work out why the 180 days is there they've no chance of getting paypal to hand over any money.

you need a lawyer who has experience dealing with internet commerce,esp Paypal.
there are some out there!
also what is the reason for 180 days restriction,what did you sell?

digital services and goods.

no illegal staff, and also never had problems with customers.
