UK Business account banned - Create new one?
 

Hello.

My PayPal business UK account has been banned. I was the director of the company.

Can I create another company with a different name and still be the director, or will PayPal still ban the account?

My personal account has not been banned, although it is in another country, it is perfectly fine.

What I try to say is... Paypal bans the company or the person when it is a business account? Do they ban the Entity or the person managing it?

Also. Can I create another Company with my name and still add the same bank account used before?

Not sure but there are 2 scenarios here

1. They will soon ban your personal account once the bots catch you. It's just hasn't come up on their radar yet
2. It's the company details they banned so you can form new company and make another

So I can go ahead and create a new paypal/company using my personal details again?

Did you use a WISE (Transferwise) bank to your UK PayPal? What do you think why did they ban you? Thanks
