Creating a new paypal account
 

Is it easy to create a new account with stealth? Sorry if bad question im just new to all of this I am asking just incase im getting anything wrong or if there anything i need to look out for

Does it have to use my information(i hope not, and probably not since it wouldnt make sense)
I am asking in here because in the end it says "create new accounts." too

It's relatively easy if you understand the basics of "stealth" like keeping your accounts sufficiently isolated. If you make an American stealth Paypal though just be aware that you won't be able to ever use any of the funds in the account for purchases - your only option is withdrawing everything to your attached bank account unless you do SSN verification.

You could also drop like $50 and buy a premade Paypal from one of the sellers here. They usually send their accounts out with portable browsers already containing the account cookies.. so that could make things slightly easier for you if you have the $ to spend.

Portable browsers?(idk anything about this yet)

I live in the usa and I want to avoid american stealth paypal by buying a paypal from a seller, is there any consequences to this?

Consequences - tough to predict 100% without knowing more about your operation - are you planning to sell risky items/category?

do you know if you want to send or spend your Paypal fund in your US Paypal account,you must open a cash account with your SSN and DOB,else you can only transfer fund to a bank account?
And whose bank account will you be linking to your stealth Paypal account?

i was planning on spending all the money on the paypal acc converting to cryptocurrencies

i used ssn and dob on my old limited paypal account,

i didnt plan to use my bank to transfer on the new stealth paypal account.
