How do I turn a stealth paypal personal account into a business account safely?
 

I recently bought a personal paypal account that the seller said was (10/1000)

The marketplace website im using requires your account to be a business account to sell (I am selling digital goods)

Is there any steps that I should take to convert it safely to a business account? I heard of people who get limited after they sell their first sale.

I think youre confusing 2 different things.
The limits youre referring to sound like they belong to an ebay account - not a paypal account.
Turning the paypal into a business account will not reduce the risk involved in selling digital items.
You need to clarify your post.

I checked back and the people who I remember getting temp limited over their first sale were indeed talking about paypal. One of the people who claimed their paypal got limited after their first sale happened due to a $55 sale

I just want to double check so I can avoid this from possibly happening to my new stealth account.

Paypal is no longer a factor and is not used by ebay.
Ebay is now using their new 'Managed Payments' system instead.
Better do your research.
