PayPal limited- can I make a refund? Solution to funds stuck in account
 

I have 10,000 in my PayPal that is frozen after I tried to make a big withdrawal- so my account is perm limited, I am in the process of appealing.

Should I be allowed to make a refund to the actual company that paid me the 10,000? It is a trusted and completely verified company- that way, the money would be then saved and would go into my account where it was sent from?

I see PayPal tells you to get in touch if you are limited regarding a refund and included transaction ID/recipent address and they will do it on my behalf. I am currently waiting for PayPal to contact me back both via their helpline in chat and on the phone. In the meantime would anyone have any info about sending refunds while perm limited? It seems to good to be true...

This money is mine, right, not PayPal's, even if I am limited, how could they get in the way of me sending the money back to the original sender?

Should I try a partial refund?

what is your problem? You can send refunds in the most cases (a family and friend payment can only be FULLY refunded, while a payment for goods and services can be partially refunded)

OP, does the option of refund still show up in your limited PP account? If not, you will have to ring them up

They wont refund if your account is not showing refund option.

what reason did Paypal give you for permanent suspension?
the issue is your SOURCE OF fund,so you just have to wait,who sent you the $10K?
