Top rated account limited to beginner, help?
 

Hi all, hope you are safe. I'm new to the group and I need your help:

I'm an Ebay seller in the EU on Ebay.com since 2018, I have 242 positive feedbacks, 100% most sales (95%). I became top rated seller, but due to some overseas delays and returns, I saw my seller limit drop to 10 products and value 100$ and the customer support system says I am no longer eligible to request an increase in account limits ... I already had 50 products (free) and could sell a few thousand dollars without any problems.

How can I fix this? Can anyone help me?

You will have to improve your selling metrics over time and your selling limits should naturally rise.

Problem is shipping ports have been congested for a while now and the only way to fix your metric is to do timely shipping.

The oversea shipping is likely causing big problems with the "timely shipping" - possible to avoid that aspect for awhile?
