Same thing happens to me. My last account was just limited yesterday after processing 20K with it. They started popping out error messages when I wanted to send money yesterday and I couldn't withdraw 1.5K that I had on the account, so I suspected that it was coming. Called support acting all innocent like why can't I pay with my money or withdraw it, please fix. They couldn't do anything, told me to call them today again. I suspect they knew that the limitation was coming, didn't tell me anything. ****ers. In any case, I managed to withdraw the entire balance with Xoom in the evening literally 20min before the limitation email came in. Phew got lucky there. Now they have 10 EUR that they're keeping for 180 days haha. ****ers. Hope all the buyers chargeback on them now. If you start getting errors on withdrawals and sending money, run as fast as you can and try to withdraw with Xoom immediately. Do not wait for support top resolve it, because they will resolve it by limiting your account and stealing your money.
But yeah, I can't make new accounts anymore. Probably will wait a few weeks then try again.
