paypal limited, please help!
 

My paypal is limited RXI042, ebay is still good

I have submitted all the documents that paypal requested.

only in the tracking # section, it says "completed"

the other 2 parts "supplier invoices" and "supplier contact info" are still "in progress" after I uploaded all the files.

Just wondering how long does it take for them to review my account and remove the limitation cuz I need some money to pay for my bills.

Just wait PayPal may take a few days to lift or not lift the limitation.

Usually emailing or calling them makes the process go faster.

i did emailed them, but just received their pre-made email template like below. doesnt make any sense at all. Can I email then all the time to speed up the process?

"Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team
will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the
review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received.

We regret any inconvenience, and we would like to restore your access as
soon as possible"

i set paypal as my auto payment method of my ebay seller fee. if my paypal is not lifted by then, will ebay still get the payment via paypal or my ebay will be overdue and limited for late payment?

Be careful when you call paypal, some paypal customer service are bunch of thugs and be very careful on what you say, they will ask some sort of things and when you said something wrong or made it up so quick without thinking, more likely they will ask ton of documents from you

Its sometimes better not to call them.... but again, if it will speed up to limit your account permanently or remove limitation.

thank you! I'll just throw some emails to them after couple of days wait. I dont wanna say something wrong on the phone, I still got money stuck there.

just call paypal and they get it over within 10 minutes
