Account Got Limited But WTF Is This About?
 

So I made a stealth account, received the first payment of under $50 after 24hrs of making the account went through fine, second and third payment same day in AUD currency for under $250 each and instantly temporarily limited. Now they want invoices and photo ID. Only 3 payments, Personal Account.

Here's the catch

Prior to it being limited, paypal said I need to verify my account in order to access the money,which I clearly didn't see until now. This would mean my sales are going to be refunded in 30 days unless I add a bank to the paypal account.

There's one big problem

They're not letting me add a bank because of the limitation, So if they deny my information to restore my account and permanently limit me, all without allowing me to add a bank; those sales are lost, refunded and worst if I shipped them my products are two. Or is there something I don't know that can be done about this. Do paypal allow you to add a bank even while permanently limited? Ofcourse the website says they'll allow this but in my experience, in practice they do not.

Thats more in one day than you should do in a month for a new account.

That is so not true, but I'm not here to debate because my question isn't "Why is it suspended" I was more specific.

OP, the only way you are going to be able to add the bank account is to call or chat up PP. They will likely ask you for photo ID and invoices for which you will have to negotiate a bit - some agents may do the manual addition for you, others will deny you so you may need to call a few times.

Without bank account, I don't know if PP mails cheques anymore - possibly worth asking
