My account is permanently limited because an idiot agent touched something she shouldn't touch and ruined my account.

Yep. While in the chat "without logging in", I was temp/locked (real ****ing smooth), 3 minutes later, perma/locked.

It took FIVE agents, the last one being an actual human being, to take off the Authenticator.

But of course, it left me with the permanent limitation.

Funny thing is... Malicious activity? On an account with only ONE transaction in April 2021 and that's that for the whole year?

No, bud... You have nothing to Perma-lock me...

The amount in that transaction? 24$, lol.

So yes, you can get Perma locked for a lot less.

What do I do now? Any ideas?

Where should I contact for limitation disputes like these?

Try to contact in English using the Contact Center is "way better". The spanish support sucks for latin america don't use that. I have so many bad experiencies dealing with those monkeys.

Literally the owners of PayPal will have a stronger presence if you know English.

I hope you can resolve your limitation soon. The Spanish support seems to be managed by a third party company this make the Agents even more dumb than in the English support.

Now they are trying to claim I was a minor when I made my account.

Then sent me another "You cannot use this account anymore" mail.

So which is it? Can I make another account, or am I not allowed?

I remember clearly I did my account the SECOND I got my 18 year old debit card.

So, apparently, I was permitted to delete my bank account and card, but because of that 18 year old bull crap, I think that account is utterly toast.

Losing an account of many years with enough trust in it hits hard...

I am permitted to make another with another e-mail.

What do I do? Keep on going with disputes or just abandon that account for a new one with literal zero trust if I ever get a huge amount of cash in a future?

I am suspecting I may get hit with technicalities and any other greasy bull**** to trip me.

Yes, I HIGHLY doubt they actually make such a mistake.

I still believe they did it on purpose and just didn't give you the exact reason because they can't and that's how they practice.

I've been telling you since the start... STOP trusting them and stop doing what they say.

Follow the stealth guide and make a completely different and unlinkable account.

You can keep working on this account to see if you may get it back but have a 2nd account running now so you can continue what you do.

Why PayPal bother you about the Age, Send proofs of your ID make sure your date birth is clear there and find the exact date of creation of your account.

You can find the exact data by checking your emails from 2010. That one of “confirm your email address” . I’m not really think this is the exact reason of the limitation but adding this information may be useful.
