Can't add bank New

My account has been withdrawn
But I don't want to withdraw to my old bank account anymore I want to change to a new bank, I was asked for a phone number by paypal, meanwhile I still use google/voice
Does anyone have a solution to help me with another phone number?
Or is there anyone in the US territory to receive the code for me?
I will be grateful and happy

My advice would be the same, you should just use some services with mobile number rent, rent it for 1-2 weeks and contact to customer support, they will help to solve your problem using your new mobile number.
