Paypal limited right after registration.
 

Hello. 3 days ago I started having trouble creating paypal accounts. Immediately after registration without link a bank account or card, my account is limited. They ask to send ID documents. I use ipburger ip's & indigo browser.

Maybe some one have this trouble too? One of 15 accounts may not asking to send any documents. Trying everything but bad luck. UK accounts.

1. Use a normal browser like firefox or chrome

2. Which ipburger did you use? Fresh dedicated or Residential? You'll need residential ip

1. indigo browser is paid(not free) antidetect browser, where is you can use chrome/firefox/android etc.

2. Residental ip.

Also my friend faced same problem and he is using firefox portable.

Wonder if the IP source is being targeted possibly...but tough to say 100% based on few cases

Stop using indogo and use a firefox or chrome.

If you try new clean hw it will work. There is some hw profiling going on, perhaps canvas

Yup! Having the same issue & this is very troublesome.

I make USA Paypal accs for my work. About 1-10 every day. Every now & then an account or two would get limited, but that was fine. This is something new. I experimented by making about 10 accs today, each in different ways/using different sources, but nothing helped. They would get limited right away. (Note: The limitation is that they ask for docs. They'll likely remove the limitation after reviewing valid docs, but I can't provide docs for every acc I make unless they're like 10-15 bucks)

It's not related to IP, Email, Phone Number, VCC, User Info.
I've tried with different sources (Both good & bad) Perhaps I've used sources that Paypal has now blacklisted, but I kinda find that unlikely because of the variety of sources I've tried. (Personal sources, paid stuff from reputed sources, even free stuff)

I have a feeling that this is somehow related to the recent lawsuit. It can't just be a coincidence that Paypal suddenly changed stuff internally when there's a big lawsuit going on. This could be a temporary thing, at least I hope. They might go back to usual after some time. But no one knows. It'll be very troublesome if they make this a new fixed change.

Hopefully, the info will help. If anyone else is still able to make new accounts without facing limitations. or maybe finds out a different way then share it & let's help each other out.

I only found the way to register some accounts in night time ( after 23:00 utc ). succ rate about 30%. In the day time, every account gets limited.

I`ve got the same problem yesterday with French PayPal accounts. All of them asking for ID.

Could confirm, getting the same problem here to bros, registering as Canada PP account

New IP, New Phone, Chrome Proxy, u name it

That's a lot of PPs daily to create for work - how much do you load on the VCC for account creation?

Yeah, I have hundreds of accounts. 😅 My current "work" requires a $5 deposit via a new PP acc and a withdrawal of $590 1-2 days later to the same acc (Can be done with previously used PP accs but is risky). After that I don't really need the accs for this particular work. I just leave it until I need it for something else.

I don't really need to load anything on the vccs for US PP accs. As long as the details are valid PP will accept it even with a $0 balance. (Works for prepaid, debit, & credit cards according to my testings) Tho I know that PP in other countries verifies cards differently.

guys possible the BIN of the VCC you are using, already blacklisted?

Here's the thing, in my case the accs get limited before I can even add a card. I don't even have to confirm the email. Just a few mins after registering the acc gets limited & they ask for docs.

So it's not related to the user info either because I can't even send any money to the new account and input the DOB & SSN to verify it.

Tho I also had a theory. PP has allowed multiple accounts with the same details for years now. It could be that they now limit the acc cuz the details used while registering matches with an existing acc. I don't see anything else. But no one can tell for sure.

It seems like they restricting all new accounts and asking for ID. I think it is some new verification step for all new accounts.

coincidence ebay and PayPal both suddenly became extra hard cocks? went on chat this morning with ebay guy pasted me a link to upload driver license and bank statement. Haven't had this happen on chat usually they just ask few questions verify phone and its ok

Weird, no problems on my side, could even make accounts with same phone number and VPN. But exactly at the same time this thread was created I got a massive never before ban wave, right at the same time many accounts were banned. It seems Paypal has implemented harder algorithms

Same phone number, just different VPN. I get instant limitation only when I use Android VMs on Windows to create accounts, seems it is more likely to do with devices and browsers

Using the same phone number though would allow an easy link via bot scanning leading to issues

Yes of course, I wont those accounts anyways, just to test if I get limited right after creating the account. Bad VPN IP and reused number but still no issues at creating, interesting

i use estonia and germany. i google paypal.com and choose from there, not directly to paypal.com. also what browser are you using?

also make sure you don't copy-paste but type instead

Just tried with Estonia, real billing address with numbers from smspva, residential ip from IPBurger, email from Gmail.

SMS authentication worked however after registeration Paypal now asks for identification just like any other case on this post, no difference.

Browser with FireFox with private window mode enabled.

Its probably your browser, you need to spoof the fingerprint, regular firefox is easily detected

It's not necessary to spoof firefox. Using residential IP itself is enough.

If you're using an online SMS service that could be what's causing the suspensions

its weird , i just made a new paypal yesterday and it work 100%, i made another and it get limited today, yesterday was @gmail and now @email

I'm having the same issue with French Paypal accounts, I have always used Revolut for the VCC, I wonder wether Revolut is what has been blacklisted...
