eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - paypal gets limited instantly

Hello , I had like 6 new paypal accounts get instantly limited after creating them
even tho the proxy is HQ , phone number from text verified, incognito mode ....
what could be the issue or what i could change differntly ?

i have a paypal account that i created months ago , i have received more than 6k$ in it that i have created it with free vpn , no incognito , no vcc , nothing and its still working fine
i don't know what changed making it so hard to avoid getting limited instantly . could it be the phone number ?

They are increasing their antifraud methods, so proxies and incognito are not a good idea. I suggest using some software like XLogin

There are many threads about this in the last two weeks. If they detect something they don’t like, this happens. I have managed to create 2 this week that didn’t limit instantly so there is still a way

Even I have started to struggle to create new UK PP's. New Windows User Account --> Firefox Portable (configured correctly) --> Unused IP (Mobile Data) --> New Sim Card and Email.

As soon as the account gets opened, instantly get asked for photo ID. Is the new thing now ?

You should use something like xLogin, as it seems PayPal now looks at your setup more closely, and popping up users does not work well anymore, as CanvasID and other fingerprints are not unique across Windows users.

Try Chrome instead of firefox portable. I’ve had better success with chrome

It may be FF portable that is your issue, I was having same problem as you, changed a couple of things and I created 2 this week with no issue

Hmmm, my problem is that I am not sure whether my account creation is the problem which is causing the account to get limited instantly. Or whether it is when I try linking a Wise VCC to the account which gets the account limited. I'll have to test both ways.
