Premier acc limited
 

Hi,

I have a US paypal premier account with all dummy info including phone number. I have used this account only to buy one item of some digital ebook. After doing the transaction, paypal immediately limited my account and now they have placed that transaction on inquiry. the amount sent was very less around 17 USD. I dont understand why paypal limits the account even for buying. I have also added VCC to my account to increase the sending limit.

I have many premier accounts, but some get limited and some not. All accounts i am using to buy digital ebooks only. I am also receiving funds like 20 USD into each account. Whats the problem???

I have created all this accounts using aspkin guide itself, with new private proxy, new VCC, new email address etc in new windows user acc, so no cookies can effect.

If i open new paypal personal account, will it also get limited for buying. Does paypal call phone to verify each account.

Can somebody pls show some light on this. I dont want my premier accounts to get limited.

?proxy? aspkin hates them. They are not recommended for paypal EVER.
The problem is that paypal sees the proxy: sees you are pretending to be something you are not. paypal 'stops' that as quickly as it can. :ranger:
What is happening, many many many people from O/S are using proxies & trying to say they are in the USA. paypal is just going to kick them out
