Yes, just a normal limitation. They just want to verify your business.
Give them what they asked for.

Hopefully the fiverr service will work well for you - there is no service on marketplace here for that and just be careful with any pm's here - use your discretion if any service offered via pm

You can just submit documents, in terms of proof as it's via Fiverr - you could show screenshots of conversations and feedback to show delivery has been successful.

It's a regular limitation that appears on most accounts at some point. If you don't have any real receipts/invoices, you can get some "creative" from Fiverr guys.
