how to open a second paypal after limtation
 

I have an active ebay account that accepts moneybookers but my paypal was linked with a suspended account which is why I only use moneybookers. They already requested ssn# ,landline # and other stuff which I'm not going to be able to come up with. I s there a way to open another paypal to use with the same ebay account? Both ebay and paypal have the same stealth info.

Of course, you can open another stealth account: then face the same problems so it is self-defeating :tears:
This is where you need to adjust what you do. My question is how serious are you about selling? If it's a hobby, part-time thing, then go with what you are doing. However if you are aiming for the stars (& Good Luck to you) then you need to look at other methods.:ranger:
consider another ebay/paypal account where you take action to avoid SSN. If you are selling in 'special' categories then paypal may be necessary. Your plan is to use it to your advantage.:peace:

I do this full time, I recently lost several accounts didn't have enough backups so now I'm down to 1 ebay and 3 limited paypals but Im stuck with the 40 day hold from moneybookers, I just want to get a quicker way to get my money out ,since I can easily do well over a thousand a week , so then I can work on establishing new accounts. I guess I'll reset my ip and setup another paypal I just don't want to risk losing this ebay account yet until I get my few grand from moneybookers next month.

Ok so here it is, this is how you open a second paypal to use with the same ebay without having to send the invoice manually.
First you need a merchant account like authorize.net then you need a third party checkout like cartmanager which works with authorize.net.
Once you set up your merchant account with ebay, you can use any paypal in cartmanager, regardles of the info. Not only that but you can also use google checkout and moneyorders or any other payment option you have and the cartmanager invoice can be sent on auto.
Cartmanager's third party so it doesn't share info with ebay or paypal.
I haven't read much about auctiva checkout yet, if the same thing would work with them or not if anyone knows let me know.
