PayPal Stole Your Money! Did You Get It Back?
 

Has Anyone On Here Ever Received There Funds Back (Without filing a court claim or lawsuit) When PayPal Drains The Account For What They Call "Damages".

A simple yes or no question right? I assume there will be a bunch of confusing responses, dodging of direct answers, guessing etc. etc. But it worth a shot right?

I just want to know if it's possible with a success story, I know about opening a case with the BBB and getting a contact or personalized response, but have this alone ever got them to reverses the fraudulent transfer out of your account. Obviously a legit account have a chance with a court claim, but have a stealth ever pulled this off without processing through the legal system.

Well with this kind of attitude I don't see why people in their right mind would even respond to you.

Only through the court you can back the funds if Paypal took them to himself, but need proof legality funds and account in yoru name. Regarding the BBB, my opinion is a waste of time, this is a consideration of the executive office. They have mail, you can write to them directly.

They actually took $2500 from me saying i committed fraud outside of their terms of service, which is untrue
