Paypal asking for more info no clue
 

Hi guys i really hope you can help me, my account was limited after some a** made a dispute, i sent everything, they are asking why the sudden spike in sales, why so many reimburses etc etc

I explained everything sent the documents they asked

And then they sent me another email saying they need more info on my transactions and want me to attach some kind of document

I have no clue what to send to explain my transactions. It is a US business account, i use a residential IP everything

So they flagged you because your volume went up drastically and you got a lot of disputes...

What's the email that they sent you? Paste it here.

I only got one in the last 4 months. The email is in spanish

It says

Thanks for the info you provided, we checked it and it doesnt cover everything that we want to know. We also need more info to understand better the transactions in your account.

It isnt a hard limitation i have no clue what to send...

Lol, it is solved, sent them a message to clarify what should i send because it wasnt clear and the guy removed the limitation :clap::clap:
