I am trying to contact them but they don't response properly. just saying account will restore within 5-7 working days.

On 15th June 2022, when I contacted again then it was notified me that there is a court matter on the account which was a shock to the company’s financial status and on 17th June 2022, My account has been withdrawn for the complete amount. Without any notification with any email or any court issuance letter, how can this happen? After pushing the call to the limit then they are able to notify this being on hold just to check that this is a court matter and nothing else in detail.

There is no reason mentioned just received a message below on (withdrawn transaction) .

Is there anyway to fight with PayPal ? they even not provide me any court paper etc..

Are you selling anything breaching copyright or trademark infringing ? On Etsy loads of accounts get taken down under "court order" with a notification saying they will be pursuing the account owner in due course once they get more information of exactly the quantity of items sold that breach their copyright etc.

I would assume something similar has happened to you and they simply went direct to Paypal so paypal just took your money due to the legal documents provided to them by the entity that reported you.

Sounds like you were selling phakes and they caught you?

I missed the very last line of your post... so PP is taking all that money from your account and I think they are going to give it to the copyright owner.

Or maybe just maybe it was a stealth account made using someone's legal info, sociaIsecuritynumber, photoID, etc. And that legal person filed the court order due to the IRS tracking him down thinking has making bank when in reality it is you @altrin0

Only through the court you can withdraw your funds if you prove that the account is really yours and you received legal income
PayPal operates within its policy, there is a lot of fraud using paypal
