Account closed - 180 days - Solicitor Time

Account closed -180 days notice given in last few days !!!

Been speaking to paypal numerous time on phones and they dont give me any reason when i ask for one ...

They just say high risk .

Omg and i am not a dodgy seller at all and

Spoke on phone to different people and i told them im getting a solicitor ( someone who i know and can do free ) is it worth getting his time over this ?

THEY BLOOMIN GAVE ME NO REASON : OH WE ARE OBLIGED NOT TO TELL YOU WHAT THE HIGH RISK IS.

ME: IM RECORDING THIS CALL AND AM GETTING A SOLICITOR. THIS IS PURE B.S

HER: OK YOU CANT RECORD ME AND YES DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO BUT ITS STILL PERMANENT LIMITED.

ME; HAHA ILL DO WHAT I WANT AND ILL BE BACK FULLY SHIELD AND GOOD BYE.

HAD 100 POUND IN THAT ACCOUNT AND I STILL SHIPPED MY BUYERS ITEM OUT. THEN EBAY SAYS IM BLOCKED !!

i didnt like them in the first place.

I even signed the paypalpetition.com Its in 1000's already.

honestly its beause buyers love it , thats why we sellers have to have it.

BUT THE SELLER PROTECTION IS terrible AND ITS LIKE THEY OWN OUR ACCOUNT, SYPING , LOCKING , REFUNDING , HOLDING

I agree, PP is EVIL! and same happened to me for no fault of my own.

you lost £100 for 6 months, you got off luckier than another poster I saw with £5000 trapped, I sell slow on several accounts and move money out regularly, plus dont get involved in anything too high risk or high priced. Good luck and as Ivana said, dont get mad, get everthing darlink...

ffs, pull your head in. NO NEED to shout ;). You are not the first paypal user that have had an account limited for no reason and you will not be the last. £100 is nothing to have held, trust me. Annoying & damages your ego but that's all. If paypal got the same as you have posted here, then you have annoyed them big time & lost any chance of getting the account back. :peace:

Now, you need to re-read ebay stealth & the forum. Pay attention about making your own paypal account. No use in the wide world to buy a USA paypal account. It just makes you start with a handicap. paypal prefers the IP to match the geographical address of the account. They think there might be a bit of dishonesty with such differences.:rolleyes:
