My paypal account is limited i need help

PayPal requires a copy of certain documents for verification purposes to return your account to regular standing.

Please make sure that the documentation you provide is up-to-date and legible. The name and address on your documentation must correspond with the information registered on your PayPal account. Your documentation cannot be older than 6 months. Send only documents received by mail (online statements cannot be accepted).

Send all the information and documents required as soon as possible to complete the review process. Note: This information will not be shared with any third parties.


I think they only want the phone email and name or ??? Help please

^^^ paypal want copies of the invoices & any receipts. Those should have the name & phone number# of your supplier.

Hi i don't have this info i pay by paypal and i sell digital goods i don't have any invoice how i can do ???

but my paypal and all the info are legit from me and is because i use the account paypal from my girl friend to send the money to my account. if i say this maybe i can get back ???

Probably best you call PayPal up and try to explain this. But then again digital goods? That could be your problem right there. :(
