paypal limited due to ebay acct suspension

one of my stealth account got suspended due to vero MC199. What I did was I tried to withdrew most of my money from the PayPal account being fear that my PayPal account got limited. They did a reverse on the transfer and I I have this option under paypal asking me to resolve... "Resolve eBay ID" where it allow me to pick either of these three choices:

1. This is not my eBay ID
2. Resolved
3. Other (add comment)

What should I do for this option?
