my paypal account got limited need your help !!!!
 

Hello,

i am from INDIA , 2 month ago on request of one of my local buyer i have open paypal account & on same i have accepted the 300$ from buyer .

same day paypal had limited my account stating its high risk transaction.

paypal had ask for CC verification + supplier invoice with phone nos + shipping info + photo & address proof .

on paypal request i have uploaded all the documents witihn 3 days , i have verified the account with my credit card.

on account all the check list item showing submmited, but still i am not getting any update or reply from paypal regarding the account limit restoration.

i have emailed them many times but they are not replying.

meanwhile i have refunded the fund to buyer ( excluding papyal fees) , so fund will not blocked .

could any one please update what may be the cause of non reply from Paypal.

You have to be patient when dealing with PayPal. Don't email them franaticaly every day or they'll think you are desparate - not good. It takes PayPal weeks to "react" sometimes.
