UK PayPal Business accounts permanently limited
 

My 2 UK Paypal business accounts are limited after submitting all the docs, those 2 accounts are never linked up with same address, network or devices. Using 2 different devices with mobile sims and data.

First business account after 6 sales (£480) with my eCommerce website (Mobile accessories) Paypal requested to submit ID, Invoice and tracking information. Then I submitted all the original documents including invoices and Tracking information (All items also delivered on time). After 24 hours of submission my Paypal business account was permanently*limited.

And 2nd account also similar but only 3 sales (£290) with another website. After 24 hours of submission account was permanently limited. Still I am confusing.. where I am missing? Just 35 days of time I lost both accounts.*

most likely the reason is selling expensive items without sufficient prior selling history

Was the ID and invoice real?
Are you selling similar items between websites?
Are the items meant for brand name cellphones - using keywords like apple iphone in your titles?

selling mobile accessories it's like iPhone back glass replacement, screen protectors and housing with parts.

Was the ID and invoice real?
Yes all are real info

Are you selling similar items between websites?
Yes but website theme and links are entirely different

Are the items meant for brand name cellphones - using keywords like apple iphone in your titles?
Selling mobile accessories including apple parts(Housing and replacement back glasses)

according to what you wrote the average transaction value was 80-100 pounds

that is very high according to paypal standards , do you have prior selling history for such transactions on paypal?

Yes my 1st account have more than 8 transactions, later on another 6 transaction from the website.

2nd account have only 3 sales (£290) with in the website.

paypal will have a problem with this , you need to collect selling history with cheap items and start selling higher priced items later

sell items worth 1-10 pounds , wait until verification kicks in , get verified , later slowly start adding more expensive items

Yes, all the items were posted the next working day with tracking codes.

But my first 12+ transactions are below £10 wort items. And items sent on time with tracking codes. Probably need to build more selling history with Paypal or something wrong with my websites.

There are 2 accounts, One has got more than 16 transactions, 10+ transactions are from an outside website.Then later on started selling with my website and did 6 transactions within the website.

The 2nd account is only 3 transactions within the website with no other selling history.

Both accounts closed after submitting real docs.

what kind of items sold? risky categories?

it is what I wrote , you first sell lots of cheap items , 1-10 pounds each , no transactions with higher prices , after a few months you slowly start adding more expensive items

the amounts you described above with about 100 pounds per sale that is not just much for paypal , it is insanely much for a new account

Are those 2 websites registered under one entity/person?
You said one Paypal account received payments for transaction not from either websites,so where does it come from?Ebay?AMZN?Etsy?

Selling only mobile accessories and 2 different accounts, names and address..

Under person names which is same on ID

You said one Paypal account received payments for transaction not from either websites,so where does it come from?Ebay?AMZN?Etsy?
Selling on shpock and facebook marketplace. I don't have any issues with the buyers and all items was delivered on time. Then I started with my website after 6 sales got all this issues.

I have personally done this, and the account is still working after 4 years (with website sales). Recently also passed compliance and risk checks to be the account holder for a new company.

I have 2-3 banned accounts prior to this (due to not knowing about the appeals process back then).

My understanding is that it's not the same identity in particular that will get you limited, although if you do anything else to trigger a review (like high volume at the start, spikes, disputes etc), then it will likely be used against you. I'll be honest though, it's almost impossible to avoid those triggers - the things they have limited us for are absurd, each time requiring Executive Office intervention.

If you're going to do it though, at least try and make subtle changes, like swapping your address lines, including/excluding a middle name, and using a different type of ID (e.g. passport instead of license).
