Will PayPal Let Me Withdraw To Debit Card on a Limited Account
 

I have a limited paypal account that is already eligible for withdrawal with no withdrawal methods on file.

Question: Instead of using a checking or savings account, Will paypal let me add a Debit Card to the account to use it as a withdrawal method?

I remember years ago being on the phone with PayPal in a similar situation, and the agent saying something like "You can't add a card for withdrawal only a bank". So I'm curious to know if the agent was misinformed, if times have changed or if that was accurate information. Has anyone here ever added a card and used it as a withdrawal method. If you're card was already on file prior to the limitation I know that works because I've done that multiple times, this is specifically regarding limited accounts that need to add a method on file.

Some cards are only for payment, but many US cards have withdraw function from paypal.
You can link it, and withdraw funds from limited paypal also.
