Old limited account with 12k balance problem
 

Hello guys.

I have stealth limited account with balance 12k, more 1.5 years passed
bank i already linked without any problems, but i still can't withdraw funds it have error.
Balance still on a account, paypal hasn't stolen it yet :)

I calling in paypal support i think 10 times, but they said wait 48-72 hrs and nothing
Send 2 complains via BBB, and some different websites, but paypal don't reply.


any suggestions?

going to have to keep pushing paypal via calls and hoping for a good agent...

there were 3 different girls and guys I think from India)
But they all said the same thing, you need waiting 48-72 hr.

i know - it's annoying as hell - perhaps other ppl have a better e-mail for you to use - waiting on others to post

Try emailing bc-info@paypal.com. I always seem to get a formal response when dealing with these sort of problems

what is the reason for suspension and what is the $12K for?
If it is an AUP violation,Paypal could keep it.

He didn't ask a reason, just every day wait wait wait when we calling.

After adding a bank, wait 3 days and do not log into the account. After 3 days, log in and try to withdraw. If it fails - wait a week and do not log in into account. If it fails as well - then you should call them hoping to get an adequate support representative.

This is correct. Because if you keep trying the reset time becomes longer and longer.

The bank has already been added, and the withdrawal has not been working for 4 months, and when your call paypal, they repeat every time to wait 48-72 hours, and nothing happens.

Which can take up to 2 weeks and a month.

try to use the APP on Emulator or Smartphone.

Worked well for me in the past if withdraw didnt work at webpage.

Problem is that if you log in too early, counter is reset and you need to wait again. So best is to wait a week. Then anther week or two. Hurry is not welcome here.

I know all errors in paypal when withdrawing funds, when sending and when login an account. There are errors upon of which nothing will help you, and this is only to call, write in support, or BBB (to find out the reason)
