True, and with the way PayPal acts these days, who would want to use them unless absolutely necessary!

You can get some accounts back...it should be standard procedure to send a few emails after being banned...you got nothing to lose but 5 minutes of your time

I don't see any kind of necessity to use them.

They are just very well marketed.

The bans can be automated based off your actions or account activity. Ive got accounts back by explaining I did nothing wrong and the system automatically banned me...not every account but it does work.
