Hi,

On May 14 create a paypal account with the real information of my father.

Name, Address, Gmail, Telephone Number, Vcc and debit prepaid card
New User and residential proxy of ipburguer

I don't add the bank account.

Today receive $11.99 of micro sd card unbranded and after 15 minutes i receive the email says: You can no longer do business with PayPal

The email of paypal account is different to ecrater seller account

Any suggestions to avoid this issue?

paypal should be an established account , new accounts are easily closed

How can I establish an account if they don't even give me the opportunity to create a history?

You should look at the IP address situation and use a mobile hotspot, I do not trust IP burger not to be detected by PayPal, there have been eBay account suspensions with those who use it.

paypal do not like people opening personal accounts and starting active selling immediately

such an account needs to start buying and selling slowly , very slowly

Had same issues back when I was making accounts but hotspot off contract phones fixed it

You dont need history especially for low tickets...i ran nearly 10 personal accounts with same name and different addresses with no issues all receiving multiple payments...its definitely your ip... use hot spot...I never use proxies for PayPal only marketplaces...also make sure vcc linked and confirmed

i start to build paypal transactions history with incoming payments as friends/family then i do several online payments in merchants after this i start to accept 50-100$ payments as goods. i run 15-20 accounts in one time, different countries. and i don't have 180 days ban, they ask me to provide some documents after sales only... i don't use any proxies now. most proxies detectable by paypal

agreed - proxies [especially low quality ones] are dangerous

How many hotspots you use for 10 account ?

Its one hot spot but I rotate network providers and keep 1 sim per account but thats for multiple accounts. In your case just switch airplane mode on and off to get a new ip with your cellphone and tether

it's not IPburger that's the problem. I never had 1 single account suspended with them.

It's something else. And people saying they got their ACC banned just point fingers to IPburger residential IP.

You're in USA right? If anything I actually AVOID using my phone hotspot. It's been know for decades that hotspots in USA can cause issues.

If you're in UK, I heard their hotspots are fine, but not in USA.

So something else must be causing your suspension.

He might be right but many people have had the same issues accessing vba and PayPal using that. Also remember he is paid to promote it so there's a conflict of interest. This post will probably get deleted

Can anyone vouch for this? I always wondered when it comes to personal stealth accounts if I had to make multiple spaced out purchases before receiving my first sell, and then slowly increasing the sells. This sounds like a safe procedure regardless if it's a personal or business account however I'm open to opinions. Anyone?

The reason most people open a Paypal account is to use it to send and receive money,so thats not a problem.
The problem could be linkage-

Your Ecrater account?How does it receive payment before you link your father's Paypal account?
I take it you are using your father's account because your Paypal account is toast,Paypal never remove any Paypal account.
