Providing a Utility Bill...in a State I don't live in.
 

I need to provide a utility bill for a state I don't live in under my Stealth name. I have no idea of what to do. Can anyone help? Any suggestions? PM me with ideas of what I can do as I'm not photoshop literate and scared to death. All paypal asked for is the utility bill. They guy on the phone scared the hell out of me by saying that I "don't come up" in public records searches. Is that a bell of doom for me? I told them all the bills are in my spouses name and refused the request for a social security number. On a last note, it should be taken into consideration ALWAYS that the paypal clerks now sit there when you call with the capability of doing public record searches so BE PREPARED.

Any fast advice would be appreciated.
