Paypal account permanently limited after attempting to change name
 

Years ago I made a paypal account under a random ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and recently uploaded my ID to change the name to my legal name which got my account permanently limited.

The limited account currently has my phone number which I just changed to a google phone number, bank and a debit card associated with that bank linked to it along with my real home address.

I also had another paypal account with the same phone number linked to it and can't login to that account anymore.

My question is, could I get a new device, new IP, a new bank account at different bank to link to the account and a different phone number and start a clean slate or will they somehow be able to link that account to me through the ID I uploaded / legal name I attempted to change to?

Would you use the same ID info and identification on the new slate if asked? Chances seem lowered if you do follow stealth process and no other links but if you use the same ID...your chances are lowered
