I'm using my paypal account mainly to my shopify store for over a year now. This month I got a volume spike which triggered a limitation. Uploaded all the documents they asked. After an hour, I received an email about "permanent limitation". Is it possible to appeal this kind of thing?

Another reason I'd never use Paypal for anything but eBay.

Just too risky.

Can you switch over to a bank CC processor?

also, shopify has its own processor from what I recall - not able to use that?

Does it have anything to do with the kind of merchandise you sell?
How is your record with Paypal,any dispute,chargeback?

i don't think it has it's own 'name' - it's part of doing business with shopify...they have a processor you can use if you pass the system checks

In the last few days they have been very difficult, I tried different accounts on 2 occasions and both were closed.
a totally real account and another stealthy but very very good account. I hope things improve, and I return to them, for now I sell on my website.

Do you still have the problem?
Please call PayPal service they will help you with that brother, it's been a long time.
Keep in mind that you must have:
- active number to receive verification number
- active email
- real account data. Where do I study, what car do you have, do you have insurance and things like that that they will ask.
