Default what am i supposed to do now

2 weeks ago i started listing dual sim phones for sale on my paypal account. Yesterday was my first sale. The buyer payed for the phone. Today i received this :

The thing is,i dropshipped from a chinesse retailer ,a well known one,who accepts paypal. So after the buyer from ebay payed me for the phone,i made the order in my suppliers online store and paid it.Please note that these are not ripoff phones, their legit chinese dual sims. Now ebay is asking for invoices for the payment from my customer, about the relation between the two transactions, proof of adress and damn proof of shipping
The payment to the supplier is temporarily on hold, the guy won't send the phone.
This is rediculous,i was so excited about starting my ebay store, sales looked promising, items with bids where everywhere, what now :(

Did you age your Ebay account? Have you built up some selling feedback?

In furture consider having an account solely for paying your dropshipper rather than having all the transactions going through one account!

Is that a joke?

Have you got/read the stealth guide....

You don't start a new account selling phones.... maybe phone accessories to build some feedback.

Paypal obviously found the 2 transactions suspicious hence why they want info about the relationship between them.

The solution is age your accounts correctly and pay your dropshipper another way or use a seperate stealth paypal account.

This has happened plenty of times to me. I bet you sold the phone & they paid for it and then you paid the supplier in all but a few mins? Whenever I ever did any "quick" transactions I guess in PayPals eyes it looks like fraud. Let it sit in there at least a day before spending or transferring it.

So ,the main culprit seems to be the payment to the chinese suppliers ? ,any encouraging thoughts and advice for the future ?Damn and i was felling like a big tycoon selling when i started...but these were my first ones,so i guess i should learn from my mistakes . :(

Maybe i can lift the limits ? If i phone them from my real cell can they link me to the original account who got limited months ago ,my real account ?

Yea try to paid the next day or try to have a PayPal to accept payments and one to make payments. Paying right away with funds doesn't look good to PayPal. At least funds just being sent to you then sent away.

Well,i think i'm on the right track,i managed to send them adress proof ,invoices from supplier and info about the relation between those payments, received this today .

Hello

We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we
receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the
following items:

As you are starting your business we have little information about your
selling history. As you have paid your supplier from the money you receive
from your buyers it may pose a risk for paypal with regards to buyer
complaints and charge backs.
Therefore we request you to do the following to restore access to your
account and to ressolve all issues:

-Refund your buyers first. We than advise you in the future when you are
purchasing goods from your supplier which you are selling to your buyers by
using your own financials such as your credit card.

or

-Purchase the goods from your supplier for your buyer now by using your own
financials such as your credit card.

Case Number:

Sincerely,
Joris

paypal don't like dropshipping.......

This account sounds doomed. Move on and follow the advice given for future stealth selling.

Yeah they do. Sounds like the typical paypal runaround. You may get reinstated and than next time you sell something you will get a whole new list of demands.

Well, sorry for bringing this thread back into existence,i got hit by the Paypal hammer again ,made another PP and EB accounts.

I bought 6 coupons, for some feedback to list buyit now. When i received the payment on my first sale,i waited 24 hours, and transfered the money into a friends real account to be then paid to the supplier. As soon as the payment was made from his account, paypal put the transaction on hold, and reversed at the same time the money i sent to him back into my acc.
I called ebay and they told i was suspended because i had another account.I really don't know with what account i am linked, maybe the one i was talking about in this thread at first. Can they link accounts because of the simillar payments to the supplier ?I was carefull to change my ip,different user account, now i'm just paranoid and afraid to even make another selling account .

The first account was just reinstated. The first one to be limited. Now how is it safe to do this ? :

- Receive payments for the phones
- Let the money coock in my account for at least 24 hours
- Pay supplier ?

Or just send it to another account and pay from there ?

I would build and age your account first. You need to save the phones until you at least stop receiving holds.
