Paypal permanently limited
 

My paypal limit but after 6 months when I request check,check canceled and so I receive email :

Dear Naressa Debor,

After a review of your recent PayPal account activity and history, it
has been determined that you have failed to comply with the terms of
PayPals Acceptable Use Policy. Due to the nature of the violation your
account has been permanently limited and you have been assessed a fine
of $380.87 USD. The funds will be debited directly from the remaining
balance in your PayPal account.

The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits the use of PayPal.s service to
violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. Furthermore, the
User Agreement states that if you use PayPals service to receive
payments in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may assess a
fine of $2,500.00 USD for each violation. The complete User Agreement

Everybody,are you ever meet problems like that ? And so how about money in account,can be widthraw again ?

10.8 Acceptable Use Policy Violation - User Fines. If you violate the Acceptable Use Policy then we may hold your funds up to 180 Days, fine you up to $2,500.00 USD for each such violation and take legal action against you to recover additional losses we incur. You acknowledge and agree that a fine up to $2,500.00 USD is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's damages, considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated and the anticipation that proof of actual damages may be impractical or extremely difficult. PayPal may deduct such fines directly from any existing Balance in the offending Account, or any other PayPal Account you control.

Wow they can fine you like they are the police.

Ok WOW this is terrifying. eBay owns Paypal..so this is also no shock.

I only had $12 in there..but I had to transfer $1000 to pay for fees. So I might have around $300-500 leftover. Watch them take that! This is INSANE. What did you do for them to be able to pull this one on you?
