New EU law - hard cap on 10K
 
If your account is in EU then they will ask ID after 10 000€.

I've got stealth account but now need to make front/back photos of ID. Help?

Likely have to look outside the forum for this service - or message account sellers in the marketplace section and see if any assistance exists

better use paypal from outside EU , EU that is the place with the most restrictions , UK is usually considered tough but EU is tougher. you can take some small country where they send money to cards and US banks

This limit is only for merchant-business account?

There are many sellers who do verification service. They have method to bypass this. You can approach them they will help you.
