I once mailed to PayPal Escalations in 2021 (Non US/UK),

I received the following response below (since then I didn't tried any further attempts):

As the account in question was created and is located in India, it is outside the scope and jurisdiction of this office. Please use this link; https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/home and click on "Contact" at the bottom of the page. You can get to this website anytime by going to www.paypal.com and clicking on the flag in the lower right hand corner of the page and selecting "India" from the list of countries.

Additionally, we recommend you explore the options available in the User Agreement for your Indian account. Although we were unable to address your specific concerns in this contact, we offer our sincere apologies for any difficulties that you may have experienced and hope this will soon address your concerns and answer any questions you have.

Any working Solutions for Non US/UK account in 2025?

the solutions were worked out years ago , never ever hold significant balances on paypal and diversify , use many paypal accounts

once you have been suspended there is nothing you can do in most cases

gopu5, why did you wait until now to deal with the account that had an escalation in 2021?

because he needs a Paypal account !
Paypal never delete any account,it may suspend your account,you may close your account,but Paypal still keeps it with all your bank and card information.

I did posted my PayPal issue in the other thread & implemented those solutions but it didn't worked as per the email received by PayPal.

Doesn't matter it happened years back, the issue is still intact.

can you use a family name to register a new Paypal account?

Valid point but doesn't deal with the issue on his already-suspended pp account

Technically yes but I had my mom's PayPal account once but unfortunately for some reason that account is not active, also I don't have any one to rely on..
