Paypal limited my account and asking for shipping proof.
 

Hello,

I sold 50 facebook vouchers on ebay for $185. I got the payment from the buyer and i sent him a mail with all the vouchers. Now, i go to my paypal account to send some money to someone and i see they limited my paypal account and i cannot send payments to anyone.

Now, in the resolution center they ask for the shipping proof. How do i give them the shipping proof when i sent the buyer a mail with the vouchers.

Any help and suggestions would be great.

Please let me know what should i do?

Send a letter in the post with tracking (you should have done that in the first place). Let your buyer know what you are doing.

Input this tracking into PP.

Also encourage your buyer to leave feedback if they haven't already.
