How can widthrawn money from paypal
 

Hello everybody,
so first thank Aspkin for creat this forum so we can discuss and talk about for earn money :D
I have some questions ...
So I create many account paypal and ebay so for sell (such as dvd,books,from wholesale in china).
All account paypal and ebay I use random infomation...
All most of them limitted and so must wait for 180 days.
As you know,I dont live in US and so I can't receive money via check.I must sell balance (after 180 days) for exchanger (so they can widthrawn money from account).
But meet some big problems.In nearly 1/1/2010,many account can't widthrawn money,paypal locked all them .
So did you have another way to widthrawn money from paypal ? (Of course paypal limit over 180 days and can widthrawn)
Or do you know any bank or something like that receive check or any way widthrawn money ?
So because like me,many account paypal ...

It sounds like your trying to figure out another way to get your money out of a limited paypal account without having to wait 180 days? Unfortunately, there is no other option. You can call paypal and try to get your account reinstated if you think your case will fly. Other than that, you'll just have to wait 180 days and in the mean time make another stealth account and learn from your previous mistakes. Good Luck!

All paypal account of me limit over 180 days and can widthrawn money.
But paypal HOLD all,LOCKED and I can't widthrawn money :)

Did you log in to your US paypal accounts by vietnam IP address after you got limited??If so you are like kill yourself..Because you showed them that you are a lier and their policy can hold your money for ever...

Maybe give paypal a call ask why they not release it.They will give you a reason for this case.

I'm not silly to do that.
Of course I use vpn for account.I know Ip very important so that why I never use 1 ip for log to check all account.
I use 1 ip / 1 account.
Many my friend meet some problem like me.They're can't widthrawn money.
All account blocked.
So any personal have account limit over 180 days,please tell me ,did you widthrawn money normally or locked or blocked in nearly days ?

at this time, paypal have some crazy action for our strealth paypal account. They're doing such as steal our money .. I tried to contact them to ask about this concern and the answers i received that " we have to use your money to pay for what you fight paypal's policy and term"....
I think now paypal is not a most payment method what we need to select...

Did you get notice from paypal that they are holding the money and will release the funds after 180 days?

Thats unbelieveable?I only heard they can use the money to pay fines??

How much money you got left in 1 account?

Paypal works great as long as your remember to keep your balance low!

If you use vpn, paypal think you cheat. they block you. stop you from using their services.

you can try to make account in vietnam: but if you pretend to be in usa, no good. paypal will always know:you will always lose your money.

So the fine over $10000 in each account?!?!After they debit the fine from your balance they still should give you the rest of money unless you been reported by legit departments to paypal as a Thief/money Launderer/or other Crimes related to those paypal funds?? I understand paypal is a xxxt company but if they took people's money without any reason thats theft job?

How you get these funds in paypal?Through ebay or??I knew many chinese seller here used US ebay and US paypal been suspended and served 180days limit.They all got their money back finally by many ways..but nobody said paypal just took it?Waired man.:suspicious:

Those PayPal "fines" of $2,500 for each violation are a joke. There's no penalty that PayPal needs to pay to anyone if you use a VPN for example. It's just a way for PayPal to make money. Sooner or later they will face a lawsuit about it, you'll see.

Just wondering, did you accept payments for any of these?

- Sexually oriented materials.
- Drugs, medicine.
- Gambling-related.
- Tobacco-related.

So I sell item in ebay ,everything so good and not trouble for that.Beside me,many personal like me meet that problems
I live in viet nam and so I dont have address in us,I can't withdrawn via check or bank.
So can you suggest anyway to get money from account ?

Legally they can not lock any account with balance . Even if there is balance of usd 1.95 they can not lock. \I have experience . Yes , if they prove that money illegal they can put hold more then 180 day byt they can not lock that account . You can get limited accces to that account until money is there

I dont think so.
My paypal limitted over 180 days and can withdrawn money from account.But can't.
Paypal locked account and so some account ,paypal talk all money from them.

PayPal cannot legally assess a fine. It has to be by a government entity, and even then by court order. Private organizations do not have the authority to issue a fine.



Your first issue is concerning the amount of money you left in there.:tears:.... This is like trusting a 5 year old to hold onto a lolly pop for little while.... bad mistake.

Consider this a learning experience. Move on.

Then what way you used to get your activing us paypal funds out?by thos online paypal exchanger or????If so they should have similer service for 180days accounts.

Why would you even create a US PayPal account? Why not create one in Vietnam and withdraw there?

Oh yes ,so because I dont know anyone in us,that why I use online paypal exchange...
Maybe address receive check of exchanger has been blocked or something like that ...
