Paypal has been limited help!
 

Paypal wants me to provide ssn, address and so forth.
I can provide that, but how can I provide purchase invoice and provider contact information. I sell VERO item and got them from a Chinese supplier.

How could I provide all of the invocie? And I really need this paypal cause this is belong to my sister!

If you give them any contact info about your supplier, it's dead.

Another option:
In a word - Photoshop. Create bogus invoices and contact information. Plenty of templates for invoices out there for that purpose - just google for it if you cannot find anything. If you dont know how to use photoshop you can try to find someone to do the job for you and pay for it (its only one invoice so shouldnt cost much).
I would suggest also putting a phone number on there and making sure that YOU have access to that number just in case they call to confirm. Plenty of servicesa out there you can use to get a phone number in any country and any city in North America. If you dont want to talk to them just make a voicemail messege that names the bogus company you listed on your receipt.
The bottom line is where there is will there is a way. The only real question is how badly do you want to keep this account and how much effort you willing to put into it?

Here is a quick tip for you...

Create a business, use a PO box/UPS box, create a quick website using CS Cart or OS Commerce or something similar, and make a new number and create an invoice with the website name/address and use the new phone number. Not very hard and only takes about a day :)
