If you live in Japan is it harder to get limited?
 

I read somewhere that it is hard to get limit if you are from japan is there any other countries that are like this aswell? Or is it only Japan?

You list in Japan, or have a Japanese account? That's not something babel fish translates well.... I wouldn't try it unless you can read, write, speak and design logos in Japanese. If you can, let me know! We could make a killing.

Japan has very strict rules regarding counterfeits, so most everything from there will be authentic.. that's why. Japanese don't need to buy anything from China....

Well, I was thinking of using a VPN from Japan for a Japan Paypal. And Also I can read and write japanese :P

Are you going to sell in the US or Japan?

Sekaimon advertise for US ebayers to use there site all the time, so it should be ok on a US IP address, just tell pp that you travel between the US and Japan all the time, that's what i do. Set the account up using a Japan IP though if you want to be sure and then switch back to the US one after. I'm sure it will be fine.
