I'm so guttered, I have items that sell and I can make a **** load from.
But I cant sell on ebay anymore. I know its against there policy selling digital items and vero items, but its such a shame im left with not being able to sell them now.

Lol I had to read it about 3 times to get the jist of what you're trying to say! OK the best thing to do is to get a Post Office Box. Have all your returns shipped there when you get a return.

Does not start until you get the official 'Dear John' from paypal.
What paypal started doing last year was just 'leaving' the limited accounts if no response from the account holder.
So now, there can be a longer than 180 days wait from that 1st limitation.

paypal don't like the activities on the account so provide requested info.
(Not bye-bye you are gone...subtle difference). They go for a response now before taking the next course of action
